The Lofts at 308 Ninth are professional units located across from MU Journalism School in downtown Columbia. Each unit has 10' ceilings, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, and furnished options available. The units become available August 16. There is key fob access to the building and security cameras located around the interior and exterior of the building. These apartments are currently fully leased for the 2025-2026 lease term.
